You are informed that you are responsible for the treatment of your personal data that you provide us, which will be protected in accordance with the applicable regulations, likewise the use of processes, modifications and transmissions that you provide to “CORE SUITES”, observing at all times the principles of personal data being lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility.

The data you provide to “CORE SUITES”, may be collected directly or indirectly, by electronic means, in writing and by telephone, through physical or electronic formats, documents required in person, or web pages owned by “CORE SUITES”.

Once you deliver to “CORE SUITES” your personal data or sensitive data, we inform you that these will be stored in different secure media that technology allows, whose access will be limited only to individuals and / or legal entities with which “CORE SUITES” has a legal relationship. In case of requirement of any authority, personal data and / or sensitive data may be made available to them, in strict compliance with the law.

Primary Purposes

I. To comply with the contractual obligations of the legal relationship with “CORE SUITES”; II. Attention and follow-up to complaints or requests related to the object of the legal relationship it has with “CORE SUITES”; III. Consultations, payment processing, administration and collection related to the legal relationship with “CORE SUITES”, as well as to carry out any procedure related to the same; IV. Prevent and detect fraud or other illicit acts to their detriment or to the detriment of “CORE SUITES”; V. Verify, confirm and validate their identity during the provision of services; VI. Customer identification procedures; VII. External or internal audit processes; VIII. To comply with applicable legal provisions; and IX. To comply with the requirements of authorities in matters of prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.

Secondary Purposes

I. To send information about our temporary promotions and news. II.To offer any of our services and products. III.To send advertising and information about our services and/or products. IV. Make invitations to participate in raffles, sweepstakes, contests. V.Conduct satisfaction surveys to evaluate the quality of products and services offered by “CORE SUITES”. VI. Conduct advertising campaigns through different media, such as mailing, SMS and social networks.

Means to exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition.

The Data Subject may, at any time, exercise his/her ARCO rights, i.e. Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition with respect to his/her personal data, by going directly to the Personal Data Coordination Office in accordance with the following:

Submit a request through our mail electrónicojuridico@grupocorey.com or in writing directly to our offices located at Avenida del Bajio 1700 Building 4, Villa Bosque, Zip Code 45014, Zapopan, Jalisco; Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hours, at the Coordination of Personal Data of “CORE SUITES”, with the following information:

Name of the owner of the data.
Address or other means to communicate the response to your request.
Documents proving your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation of the owner.
Clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you are seeking to exercise any of the ARCO rights.
Any other element that facilitates the location of the personal data.

Once submitted your request, “CORE SUITES” will respond to it within a maximum period of 20 working days. If your request is successful, “CORE SUITES” will take all necessary measures to enforce your rights exercised within a period of 15 working days after the 20 days indicated above.

Likewise, you have the right to initiate a Rights Protection Procedure before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI), as long as you meet the requirements set forth in the applicable legislation in force, in the following cases: When “CORE SUITES” does not respond to your request within 20 days of receiving it; as well as in the event that the response to your request provided by “CORE SUITES” does not comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data.

Under the terms of the applicable regulations, you may revoke the consent that you may have given us. However, it is important to note that not in all cases your request will be admissible or we can conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that for some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data.

To revoke your consent you must submit your request via email to juridico@grupocorey.com, addressed to our Personal Data Coordination, who will inform you about the procedure and requirements for the exercise of this right, response times, how we will enforce your right, and will address any questions, complaints or comments you may have in this regard.

Transfer of data to be made.

“CORE SUITES” informs the holder of the personal data through this notice that it may transfer your information or data to third parties, in order to comply with the contractual relationship that binds us, which are mentioned below:

Logistics agencies.
Digital media agencies: for marketing campaigns.
When formally required by any national or foreign authority, in strict compliance with Mexican law, i.e. through the forms and/or channels established by the competent legislation.

It is reported that any person entering the facilities of “CORE SUITES”, may be videotaped by our security cameras. The images captured by the CCTV cameras will be used for your security and that of the people who visit us, with the purpose of remotely monitoring the properties and confirming in real time any risk condition in order to minimize it. Likewise, in order to safeguard the material and human resources within our facilities.

The video recordings are stored for 10 to 15 days.
